Greetings family of light.
I hope everyone is doing well and not starting to FREAK OUT yet! It looks like we’re on the verge of delivering the new earth as we’re seeing the consciousness rising around the world. Keep your eyes on America and make sure you’re stocked up and praying for peace.
Special prayers for those Lightworkers, Wayshowers and Starseeds who are isolated and under attack on all fronts. Remember we are in a SPIRITUAL war first – dealing with people who are indoctrinated and serving their own oppressors.
Last week, our beloved companion Dog gave us lessons about loyalty, compassion and walking away from the “love and light” crowd to walk our own path into the wilderness for awhile. . . which takes us to the terrain of the Wolf Clan.
Wolf takes us to the land of Exile where we meet the two wolves in the depths of our soul. The White wolf of light and the Black wolf of the darkness.
Spirit and intuition join together in a mighty dance to determine which perceptions, belief, and traditions we will choose as we walk forward. How far into the dark will we venture and how long will we stay there? When will we call Horse to haul us out and up to the Grandmothers?
I give thanks for my Grandmothers, Virginia Bluejacket Slack who began introducing me to her Shawnee culture when I was a tiny girl, and Juanita Hines Reed who gave me the blood of my Cherokee Ancestors. A’ho Grandmothers. Chi Miigwetch.
Last week, Wolf was sitting in the Yellow Doorway of the mind where Hawk lives as the keeper of the Eastern Winds, and many of us experienced the dark wolf, predator attacking the ways the Ancestors have guided us to share the prophecies and teachings and medicine of all the Earth’s people – regardless of our culture. Forcing us to really sharpen our perceptions of ourselves and our own identity and our work.
I was surprised to learn that some people who claim to be teachers and Elders think using Medicine Cards with images of our creature brothers and sisters on them is not traditional, so I’d like to share this beautiful wisdom from Pawnee Eagle Chief Letakos-Lesa:
“In the beginning all things, wisdom and acknowledged were with the animals, for Tirawa, the One Above. Did not speak directly to man. He sent certain animals to tell men that he showed himself through the beast, and that form them, and from the stars and the sun and moon should man learn, all things tell of Tirawa – Creator God of the Pawnee.'” – Eagle Chief Letakos-Lesa, Pawnee
Many people are living in cities and are disconnected from nature and the animals who have much to teach us, so we use the Medicine Cards, created by David Carson, who is a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Oklahoma and Jamie Sams, a writer and Medicine Teacher who has trained with many tribal leaders. People who criticize these teaching tools don’t know their own history or their people.
There are lost ones who have been indoctrinated by Marxist governments and organizations who have manipulated and divided the people against one another, and we pray for those who are still sleeping. We welcome Bird Clan Messengers from all four Sacred Directions. We honour the Ancestors of all nations. A’ho.
When that predator energy pops into our life, it can really throw us off our game. Put us into defensive posture and steal loads of our time and energy. Grown adults who use their status to behave like unruly children and troll complete strangers, telling lies and spreading negative energy are not to be trusted.
Last week, across a few different platforms, we had to deal with some people who behaved like drunk and abusive relatives causing us a minor annoyance while revealing the truth of their characters. It was a good reminder that we are still walking with many unenlightened beings who are still suffering and need prayer.
Wolf lives in the South on my family Medicine Wheel, and the South represents our root chakra – our survival instincts, primary issues about money, status, our male relatives and relationships with men and the women in our father’s bloodline. This wild teacher pushes us and challenges us to respect our own identity – to claim our power and the truth of our essence from those who will define us if we allow them to.
We are at the time of the great transition from the 7th to the 8th Fires – when all the people of the Four Sacred Directions are coming together in truth and love. It is time to begin the true work of healing and reconciliation – which only happens when we give up our “victim” status.
Traditional ways and the Elders of all nations are under great attack right now, and this has been prophesied by the Ojibwe in the Sacred prophecies of the 8th Fire.
The prophecies have told us that truth-tellers will be thought insane and the Elders will be asleep to the truth, they will have little to offer as the human people must be connected to Spirit first. The people have lost their connection to the Great Spirit and have wandered away from the Ancestors and the teachings of the Elders.
Now it is up to the handful who know the truth, who have been doing the research, the ceremony, prayers, sitting with our teachers, healers, Elders, and serving our communities who must help the others awaken if they are willing and able to come out of their slumber.
A Cherokee teaching about the two wolves inside us addresses the subject of light and shadow, and how what we pay attention to really defines our experience.
The most popular teaching going around social media these days is not in alignment with the one the Ancestors gave me as it suggests that we should starve our shadow (love and light), rather than paying attention to its lessons. Here is the story:
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight, and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”
He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
Ba-da-bum. Wrapped up in a tidy bow for the Happily Ever After win. But we all know that’s not the end of the story.
Enter Crow who caws at us and demands we look deeper behind the veil, into the shadows where the old, tortured parts of our soul are lying in a heap, begging for our attention.
While the newer version of this story ends with a truth about the Universal Law of Attraction – we do indeed get what we focus on, an older telling ends with the Grandfather explaining that we must feed both wolves to walk in balance.
It is much more important to tend to the dark aspects of our souls and treat them with care than to ignore them and starve them on a path of “love and light” only. Wolves themselves show us how starving creatures turn vicious, devouring whatever they find to relieve their hunger.
This dark wolf energy of the South can be all consuming if we don’t befriend her and learn to walk in balance between her and the white wolf of Spirit. A good life requires a balance between light and dark, and that means we have to have the courage to meet our wounds and fears every time they pop up when we’re stressed out and under attack.
Wolf is sitting in the White House of Spirit this week with the Grandfathers reminding us about the power of Exile, about the time of sitting apart and observing while we continue learning our path and gathering our tribes.
Stockholm Syndrome is real and everyone on the healing path needs to be using this time of Exile to work on our healing and prepare for the people in our lives to awaken.
The veil is lifting, and we need to be praying for peace and the Holy Protection of our loved ones. Make sure to read all the ingredients and everything you can find before allowing anyone to inject anything into your body or your precious children or Elders.
Have faith that the Great Spirit is in control and we will have the medicine to help those who may be affected by the plans of the dark ones. Keep trying to wake people up.
Keep planting those seeds.
Never forget our children are our future, and each one of us has chosen to come here for our particular role in this grand global play.
Wolf reminds us that we carry on, we keep going no matter what’s going on outside. Focus, gratitude, and fierce determination are the best medicine to carry us through the wilderness, with all its exile and all its adventures.
This is the path of the healing warrior.
It is my honour to be your messenger.

It is my honour to receive and share these teachings from my guides and the Ancestors. These are messages received and written to the best of my understanding. If I have made mistakes, I would be grateful for your input. If these messages don’t resonate with you, that’s okay. I wish you well. And if these messages do resonate with you – welcome to the family.
