Hope everyone is doing well during this CHAOTIC time on planet earth. We are truly watching the storm promised by President Donald Trump at the beginning of his first term unfold in real time.
A lot of folks I work with around the world – Patriot Truth-tellers who’ve been doing this for years – are frustrated with the situation on the ground.
It’s unbelievable to us that it’s taking people so long to see what is happening before our very eyes.
It is fear that keeps people from going down those rabbit holes, and although it’s frustrating for those of us who “know” to wait for the sleepers, we’re also being offered a great lesson in balancing tension.
I’ve missed a few of the totems over the past couple of months but have definitely been keeping track of their lessons and the medicine they’re all offering us at this time.
If you’ve been following, you know that we’re in a year of the Great Mother Bear, who teaches us to pay attention to healing. All things healing and medicine are coming up for review through this entire year.
And that means that not only do we pay attention to the health care issues facing our entire societies, we need to be paying attention to our own health and wellbeing.
We are also in a time of great prophecy that most people know now as the Great Awakening.
Our Anishnabe relatives call this time the time of the 8th Fire – which is when we as a human family must choose the path between the old, dark ways or change our ways an begin to heal our Mother Earth, our communities, and ourselves.
October is the 10th month and in the Medicine Card system I use, Turtle is the totem of this month. Turtle reminds us to take it slow – slow and steady make the race. The information that is coming out is intense and broad. It will take time to disseminate it and for people to process it all. This applies to the newly awakened as well as those who are going ever deeper into the rabbit holes of truth.
Pay particular attention to Turtle Island this month as this land is the last bastion for true freedom. Americans and Canadians are finally seeing the truth about our corrupt politicians (every single one of them) emerge, and are banding together to stand up for our freedom. To remove the tyrants from every aspect of our society.
In the Zodiac, Libra rules the 7th house, and this means that Mrs. Skunk (number 7) has come to visit and offer her lesson about the idea of “reputation.”
How do we present ourselves to the world? Are we happy with what we’re expressing and if not, how do we make a change?
The 7th house is where we are faced with issues about relationships – marriages, partnerships and asks us to think about the kinds of people we want in our lives. Are we the kind of person that we would be friends with?
Skunk teaches us about respect, and anyone who has ever had the pleasure of being sprayed (or having a wonder dog who did) knows exactly what this means.
This beautiful little creature also teaches us about boundaries.
If you leave her alone, she’s happy and will do no harm. But, like most sane people, if she’s provoked enough or frightened she’ll let you have it with her unique chemical weapon that will blind you, make you stink – and keep others away from you for awhile.
In the public arena, Skunk is showing us the real stinkers among us – those who would throw us all under the bus for a dollar. I think she shows us the way bullies operate: that lack of awareness or compassion, that provocation until there’s a deserved response – at which point they run away screaming and play the victim.
And she shows us how to deal with them: ignore them until they become threatening – then do what’s necessary to surprise them while you make your graceful getaway.
Knowing how to deal with bullies is going to be increasingly important in the weeks ahead as the dark ones are freaking out at losing control of the narrative.
They have operatives infiltrating groups on Telegram now, impersonating patriots, spamming fake accounts, distributing false information, and throwing people out of groups.
It’s a good idea to be aware of who is behind a lot of those channels. Any channel pushing those “Trump Coins” (made in China) is disinformation.
And, of course we all know about their fake whistleblower who was exposed within minutes of her 60 Minutes interview (which earned her a blue checkmark).
Nothing can get past the digital army!
We are the news now, and that is something we can all be proud of. Most of us have lost pretty much everything over the past several years of this war. Jobs, homes, income, friends, family, social circle.
But, Skunk reminds us that those people and creatures that usually get a bad rap are the very souls who are most respected among those who truly understand their lessons. And, because we believe in Jubilee(!) it’s more important than ever to just ignore the bullies in our lives and focus on finding our new tribes.
Because it is through joining with like minded Skunks and Scapegoats that we will get closer to accomplishing our own unique missions.
As Truth-Tellers and digital soldiers, we understand that TRUTH is what our reality is founded upon, and those who are still clinging to the false narrative of the elite parasites are going to have a tough time accepting the truth.
It is only by giving the people the truth about all facets of our lives, our societies and their systems, and our governments that we are all free to make our own decisions over our lives and on behalf our our families.
This is the essence of respect. And respect is the foundation for building strong relationships with ourselves, our loved ones and in our communities.
Skunk shows us that respect is the essence of our reputation.
Is our reputation based on self-respect, which only leads us to demonstrate respect for others?
Or are we lacking in self-respect and projecting that void onto others to avoid facing our own shortcomings?
Only we can answer these questions for ourselves, and Mrs. Skunk joins the Great Mother Bear during this year of healing, this month of justice, in encouraging us to continue our work in the cave. Continue digging around in the mud to uproot those old messages and hurts that keep us stuck – yes, even after all this work(!)
Don’t give up even though some of the days are dark and you may feel alone.
Respect the miracle of your life to each out for help if you need it, and never forget that we have all chosen to come here at this time and for our own purpose.

The Medicine Wheel
The Medicine Wheel is an Ancient teaching tool used throughout history by Indigenous peoples of all nations. Native Turtle Island People use the Medicine Wheel to organize and understand our lives and as a visual aid to help us learn and teach our Traditional Culture.
Because I follow Native Turtle Island and Celtic Traditional teachings, I have found using the Medicine Wheel and its many teaching tools along with daily practice – and especially Medicine Walks in my community – are powerful healing forces that help me demonstrate surrender.
