What is prepping exactly? In a nutshell, it’s about taking care of yourself and your family independent of the government or outside sources. We will always depend on other people to a certain extent, but not to the point where you will die without their provision.
Trauma serves as the doorway where we choose the door (portal) to a new dimension that humans call death or choose the heart-based path of life and continue to walk in goodwill and Chi Miigwetch, consciously making good and positive choices.

As we make the habit of gratitude in all things, we find more and more things to be grateful about. As we see our blessings, our eyes are slowly opened to the Great Mystery and the Prophets, the ability to connect with all of creation for our own continued healing journey.
