This week is a Bear Medicine week in the year of the great mother bear. This time is about balancing the masculine with the feminine, so Bear is sitting with the Grandfathers in their home in the Northwest this week.
Joining this cast of characters are: Alligator (Kek) Turkey Badger Salmon . . . along with Medicine Cards from a few other traditions.
We are blessed with this gift of time and given many choices throughout each day. Start the day in prayer and connecting with the Great Spirit and the Ancestors – and they will help you through each day with love and kindness for yourself and for others. When we start our day connected to God, we’re better able to think right thoughts. And it is our thoughts and perceptions that change the world.
. . . and there I was, spending the Apocalypse in a convent and homeless shelter in downtown Toronto, singing on the roof at sunset and smudging, praying and bringing medicine to the people.
#BirdClanMessenger” “Once Hawk has helped awaken us and started us on the path of the Good Mind – which we Natives call The Red Road, we are able to start “bringing heaven to Earth.” And that means that through our changed behavior, we change the vibrations around us and that affects all the people in our lives. And that change requires the medicine of the hooved ones that Elk can bring to us.
Peace Is The Prize and it is after our minds have become clear and still that we can see our friend Elk coming to help us. Because after all that sorting and mind-bending belief, thought, and word change – we really need a little rest and hospitality from the Creator of all things.” – Kandace Keithley
“There has been much discussion about who and what the 144,000 are and many people who are new to the Spiritual Community mistakenly believe that this initial calling is an appointment which confers immediate status.
But, this is not possible here on this planet where we all arrive as fallen angels and must return to our Selves only through spiritual practice, following our Elders’ wisdom, staying close to the child who lives in our heart, and walking softly with our people.” Kandace Keithley #BirdClanMessenger ❤
